**Remember - when you are editing NPC's appearance via the CK, it is a good idea to *temporarily remove* the tintmasks folder before you open the CK, and put it BACK where you found it when you're done. This is a work-around for the "coloured forehead", "weird spots or lines on forehead", "squiggly lines on the temples", etc. bugs.

as far as i know, there is no facetint the only affects the player. the only way i think you can get that is with a custom race. might be wrong though
