Correct me if one wrong. I think I saw this under immersive creatures, extended encounters ornimmerssive patrols from the Nexus. I'm pretty sure it was immersive patrols, but I have a feeling it may be Immerssive creatures. The imperials patrolled with this armored dog, the stormcloaks would have an armored wolf, andt he dawnguard would have an armored husky.

Use aft on the dog for make him a follower for you.

The armor and the dog come from "immersive creatures" yes. I only want the dog and the armor without the rest, it's possible ?

try to extract the dog in question and make a follower pet. 

Or 

Take a dog follower, find the meshe or all relatives files to the dog of immersives creatures

Copy and paste this file on the actual doggy follower you downloaded. The meshe and texture will be replaced.

 

But you need to take immersives creatures file first and its SO LAAAAAAAAARGE
