Switch from CBBE to UNP cause fps drop

Recently I've decided to switch from cbbe to unp, so I created a new profile in nmm, disable all cbbe related mod then download some UNP related mods. But ever since then my Skyrim has extremely low frame rate, I've disabled all enb and lower the resolution, but it's still unplayable 

When switching body type, do I have to uninstall all cbbe mods or just disabled them?
