help cant talk to npc

here are my mod list  i tried to talk to elsif's court wizard to resume the adventure quest i also disabled all of them but still didnt work so help also the animation doesn't work

In respect of the animations, have you run FNIS and confirmed that you can generate the FlowerGirls animations? If the animations don't work, then something in that process is going wrong. Make sure the output from FNIS is being read by skyrim.
