Message Popup quest script?

This message keeps popping up, I have tried disabling all Sexlab mods (both individually and as a group) but it still appears every minute or so. I believe it is triggered by a script but I can't figure out what mod is causing it. Any help would be appreciated. I do not know if it is related but I also get a message saying "can't find sexlab thread" every couple of minutes as well.

What versions of DD and cursed loot are you using?

It looks like your cursed loot install is broken, possibly from using mismatched versions.

 

Also, it's better to post the plugins.txt instead of screenshots, since you can't search in pictures.

All mods are latest version. Where would I find plugins.txt? In the Skyrim directory or in NMM files...?

Well, according to the log, cursed loot is clearly in a broken state.

Thank You for the help it did let me solve the problem. DCE was causing ctd on load (not new game) and when I disabled it it broke DCL and a few other things. So again thank you for the help.
