How do I turn off Menstrual Cycle?

Whenever my sims start the game they get their periods IMMEDIATLY.

Even then I hate it every time they get negative moodlets because of their menstrual cycle.

is their any way to just turn it off completely?

In the pregnancy settings there is a switch to change the menstrual cycle to simple pregnancy. Further information can be found here: SEX - PREGNANCY
