Refuses to work!

I've installed the WW mod, opened my game, and it's not there.  I've uninstalled it, reloaded my game, exited the game then reinstalled the mod, but it's still not there.  I re-downloaded the mod, uninstalled the one I had, and installed the new downloaded mod, restarted my game, and it's not there.  I have done this about 7 times, and the only thing the mod seems to do is make my sims' skin grey & require me to double-click things before recognizing I've indicated to act on whatever I clicked.

 

I uninstalled WW AGAIN, restarted my computer AGAIN, redownloaded & replaced the file AGAIN, restarted my game AGAIN and it is still. Not. Working.

 

Whyyyy???  Please help me!  Someone!  Anyone!

Not sure if this helps, but maybe you forgot to enable your mod in the options menu. ( Game Options > Other > Enable custom content and mods > Apply >Restart)

Thanks, but my mods are enabled.  My other mods work just fine.  It's just Wicked Whims that isn't functioning - although I did have the custom decorations from it (the posters), just no saucy interactions.
