Need help finding/making a preset

First, sorry for my bad English.

I've come across a character preset and felt in love with it, it's 咸鱼菇 (Salted fish, big mushroom, mushroom king I think, that's what the people call)'s character on the website 9dm. I don't know Chinese to contact him so I tried to create it myself but I'm not good in making characters. So I'd be very grateful if anyone can help me find or make this character preset, just the face is ok.
