Need help NPCs wont start dialog with PC

This is mostly pertaining to the tryout mod.

When ever an NPC Approaches my PC to eitehr enslave or all other sorts of fun stuff. They will walk up bump into me and turn around never opening a dialog.

 

Ive done some testing ive set the slider to 100% approach chance and sat in the middle of 6 legionnaires they all "Pass" the approach chance test via the information in the console. Then they all move towards me like the mod is supposed todo. Up to the point where they reach me and turn around then turn around again to "talk" to me again and repeat this over and over again. With all 6 legionnaires doing this they kidna surround you in an endless shuffling back and forth never once opening a dialog to enslave you.

 

I also encounter some problems in the NCR prison after eddi would have his way with you the dialog never continued, most of the time, so that the other guy would approach you. Through many loading and reloading I tried to figure out why it worked sometimes and why it never worked others i was never able to figure it out.

 

Ive tried a clean save, that didnt work, ive tried messing with some settings in MCM, that didnt work. Ive moved around my load order which also didnt work.. im out of ideas and need some help
