Hi guys,there are a hands/breast issue.

Is my character's breast too big?

Yes, it happens when you have larger breasts and it all depends on the weighting of the body. [Weighting as in what modders do to give the physics.] When your breasts are collided by your hands, it moves them a bit. Problem is, the bigger they are, the more they move, but not only that, they get stuck with the collision of the hands. With a bit of editing, you could find a way to fix it, but my preference would for the breasts to be pulled up when they are bigger and then fall when the hands move away, to me seems more realistic. Scaling your hands down would also help alleviate some of the problem if you wish for them to fall when the hands meet the top of the breasts.
