Importing faces and other fun stuff

Good day everyone,

 

I have a question :

 

How to successfully export and import a face file from one save to another ?

 

I tried the .NPC file, but couldn't get the result (the save i want is heavy modded). Also, the face is on a companion mod, Maybe it's possible to get it from there ? (The mod uses custom sliders which I can't seem to activate in creation kit).

 

Or is there anyway to get my saves data (level, items, location, quest completion etc.) and throw it to another save (editing an .ess ? Not sure how to open it though) ?
