Skyrim Disguise Mod

Hello all. Here's the thing, I've been playing Skyrim using T3nd0's Skyrim Redone for some time, and one of the best features is the masquerade perk, which allows you to be recognized as part of a certain faction if you are fully clad in the gear of that faction. Anyway, before I start rambling on about the mod, I was wondering if anyone knew of any other mods that add a disguise mechanic to the game? If no one knows of such a mod, then would anyone be willing to undertake the task of creating such a mod? Thanks in advance.
