We aren't mind readers, or psychic!  (Well, most of us).  Please include a mod list and load order (with a spoiler tag).  A papyrus log won't indicate what is crashing your game, but it can be helpful towards cleaning up glaring errors that could be the cause of your CTD.

Not everything asked for, so I can't do much.  I'm not even sure what this is other than a list of esp/esm files.

Why does that matter?  Well you may be using a version of DD for example, that requires a specific version of FNIS, but we can't see versions in your list and so that blinds us to those kinds of issues.  You could be using the Special Edition version of XPMSE, that should crash your game as described.  I can't see version from the list you provided, so I can not tell if that is the case.

We can't see your load order.  The solution to your problem could be as simple as "move this after that".

There is no Papyrus log, so I can't see it spamming errors and warnings that "could" help identify the cause of your issue or point to mods that are problematic with your setup or do not play nice with one another.

That being said...

The first thing that comes to mind briefly looking this over is that you seem to be missing some requirements.  First, you have a lot of HDT mods, but I can't seem to find the HDTPhysicsExtensions mod which I "believe" is required by HDT mods. (I could be mistaken).  Another instance that pops out is Estrus Spider.  I am not sure that is a stand-alone-mod (Again, I don't use it so I am unsure), but I think it may require some variant of Estrus charus - you will have to check on that, (I'm not going to look up 200+ mods for you to make sure you have all the prerequisite requirements).  LOOT sometimes misses soft or non-master requirements.

You have some mods I believe are fairly outdated and may be problematic.  Check https://steamcommunity.com/app/72850/discussions/0/523890681422555089/ to see if you have any of those mods installed.

Watch for redundant mods (Two or more mods which essentially do the same thing or similar things), that usually does not work well if at all.

Keep in mind that you have a LOT of mods loaded up.  Your PC has to process all that and depending on your system, it may be too much for it to chew.  Consider trimming your list down to around 180 mods or less.  It is going to be a nightmare getting everything you have loaded running half decently together anyway, the fact that you are CTDing does not surprise me.

I am sorry, but without providing what was asked for that is all that I can do for you.

Good luck with it!
