I think a plugin that allows you to set default roles is an excellent idea. Be it for everyone, just the player or other actors. For instance, Joburg never really features females actually ''raping'' males...at least, not in the same way they rape other females. In addition, IIRC (need to reinstall Oblivion, so can't check right now), it isn't possible to select a position for female/male couplings that places the female on the ''giving'' end.
