But anything he tries to sell will be given away for free, as there's a certain subreddit made for that purpose (I love that they ruin his profit margins  ).

If it's the subreddit I'm thinking of, it won't do much as most of his things released here are from the time when they were free. His recent mods probably won't ever appear there.
