Help LastException.txt code file

Hi! I'm hoping someone could help me with this..

It doesn't give key words to be able to fix it myself, so I would really appreciate the help. 

My sims currently moved into the world where pets are pretty much located, and it started appearing there whenever my sims would speak to each. 

I don't know if it's the WickedWhims mod or the basementdrugs mod. Please help.
