[SEARCH] A brothel of sorts?

Hey guys! I’ll get straight to the point. Are there any mods where the PC can go and pay NPCs for sex, like a brothel? Bonus points if it features males and females, as I play both a male and female PC. I know about the mods that affect the dialogue of vanilla NPCs, but I’m mostly looking for a mod that adds maybe a new building and new non-vanilla NPCs. Thanks!

i was wondering if there was a way to set up a brothel so that you can open it to the public and they will find their way there

I believe Maria Eden does that with the Bob the builder function
