[Question] Havok content tools 2014 crashed

Hi,

 

I was trying to create an outfit with physics effect following canderes' tutorial using 3ds max 2014 with havok content tools.

However, the whole thing always crashes whenever I begin to "preview configuration". 

Does anyone know a possible fix for this?
