how do you get the option of Naked in CAS?

I keep seeing in descriptions of mods  that say body parts  like an erect penis  for instance can be added when Sims are naked in CAS. I have no idea how to get that option. Other than removing clothing but that is not an "outfit" and does not work when adding the erect penis because as soon as you put clothes back on the Sim the penis changes back to the original  soft one that shows when the pants are removed. I would really appreciate some help Thank you in advance.

Naked in CAS is from body mods that replace the default body.

 

For males, things like Lunar Eclipse's Penis has a male default penis that allows you to be nude in CAS. There is also Better Body that does it as well, or CMar's penis that gives you nude in CAS, and several others. For females, there's a lot as well. EVE Body gives you the option for Nude in CAS, along with Better Body, Heavy Boobs, CMar's female parts, Luumia's Tit-E, etc etc etc. There is a lot of them.

 

Basically, any body mod that replaces the default body will give you nude in CAS (as long as they have enabled that feature, which most have). The default game body does not have this feature, so you need a body replacer to get that feature. If you just want the basic Sim shape, go with Cmar. If you want to try something different, try Better Body or EVE.
