Soulbound Posted March 29, 2018 Posted March 29, 2018 This isn't related to any CC and I don't think its even mod related, but you should check if you have any mods that alter the Venues, Festivals or Lots. There is an open Bug Report on EA about Festival objects not loading correctly Here that is still open and active. So it could just be a game related bug.
