In which jurisdiction? I very much suspect it isn't illegal in China, from where I believe he hails. Even Micro$oft has had problems in China.

 

Legality is often a tricky subject when it comes to international arenas. Owning a handgun is very legal in many parts of the USA and totally illegal in the UK, for example.

 

Is it morally dubious is a valid question though. I'd say it was.
