Change male face with woman face

Is it possible to change a man's face to a woman face without scary faces. I know that you can change the face of a female character to another female but not on men's face

Yes, it's possible. First you need to use bone tool to switch female to male head bone structure, second you also need to adjust the female body a little bit.

How adjust the female body with what program? I did change head bone but neck is still missing.
