SIMS 4 - TunableReference Error?

I keep receiving a last exception error in my game and when I go to read the file created I can't figure out what is wrong with my game. The message repeatedly spams my game everytime my sims go to do something! One thing I keep seeing in the text is: "TunableReference is set to a value that is not allowed by its class restriction" What does this mean?

I do have MC Command Center & Wicked Whims installed as well as CC and other mods but I have done the 50/50 method and still cant seem to find what the actual issue is.

If someone could please read the last exception and help me figure out what is causing my game to do this that would be so helpful! I added the file below! Thanks so much to anyone that can help!
