I dunno if it is even possible to make such a thing,

but is there somewhere out there on the internet some kind of like Hentai-ish MMO game?

By that i mean a game in which two players can initiate in sexual encounters, and not just via pose-balls or animations like some products you can buy in Second Life.

Longer version: there's probably a shitty rpgmaker "MMO" that features some renders or at max gifs, but creating an MMO is way too expensive for an H-Game studio

(most of them cost a couple million dollars) so no and if there was you would've probably heard of it.

Of course there are a lot of nude mods for bigger MMO' and alike but that won't do it for you I'd guess.

Not directly MMO but there are the 3dsexvilla games, but they're quite similar to what you get in second life and are more "real" than hentai.

eh, figured as much.

Just slowly getting worn out by using the same NPCs in the same games over and over (mainly cuz i cant play games like Skyrim and such, bad PC), so wondered if something existed.

I'd recommend you check out Custom Maid 3D 2, not an MMO but full Manga style.

If its what I think it is (some hugely beautiful 3D PC game),

I can almost guarantee my PC would kill itself trying to run it x3

Also dunno if its free or not, I have trouble buying foreign products.

not sure if this fits your criteria but there is a furry MUD called flexible survival, but that is more of an RP thing, although there are plenty of npc-interactions.

Hanging out in the right areas of Second Life could get you close but with less gameplay mechanics and more RP.
