Tpose - One handed weapons - unarmed (equip/unequip)

NPC and PC Tpose whenever they equip certain weapons, can someone please explain why this is happening, I even started a new game but the problem still persists. I have ran fnis and reinstalled pca but the tposing problem still persists whenever the npc walks forward or strafes and tries to equip a weapon. Its all one handed weapons and unarmed, this problem has never happened before and I do not know how to fix it. I didnt change any skeleton or anything like that. When I ran fnis I made sure that the only boxes I had checked were for the mods I had installed. Again help would be very appreciated.
