How do I turn off the blur effect while receiving damage or death?

I want to take screenshots, but they get blurred due to the blur effect during the receipt of damage or death. How to disable this?

 

Blurry screenshots I attach. I do not want them to be blurry.

I solved the problem. In oblivion.ini

fBlurAmmount = 0.0000
fBlockedTexOffset = 0.0000
fHitTexOffset = 0.0000
