Many sidequests and miscellaneous quests (and ALL of them in dragonborn) are not given by the npcs.

I really have no idea why this is happening. i uninstalled all mods that i thought could affect dialogues, to no avail (obviously, i restarted  game at every step). I ran loot and, in the past, i also used bashed and tes5edit patches. To no avail, as well.

I am wondering.....could it be that i installed too many scripts, and thus the game fail to load many of them?

Ok, update:

i decided that this issue was not mod related, so i deleted draognborn's bsa and esm files and redownloaded them. And i think that was it, considering that now i have longer loading times when game launches.

Problem is that now my game crashes on starting a new game.

I am proud to say, i've found the culprit!

It's the mod ''droppable elder scrolls and black books'', which, apparently, is broken as hell, as it messes up with so many quests....
So, avoid it.
