Racemenu makeup texture choice missing on one character but not the other

So i installed Kai's make up mod 

and the problem i have is on 4 of my characters the mod works just fine in racemenu makeup selection the textures appear but on my main character once i open makeup tab and choose texture kai's textures are just not there for selection. what could this be and how could i fix it? i tried reinstalling, loading older saves but nothing works

Tried getting help on reddit, discord no one was able to tell me a single clue of how this could be fixed. This has never happened before i have many tattoo mods and all of them work just fine across all of my characters and save games but for some reason just one character is missing these make up textures. 
If i use a preset with the applied makeup everything works fine so the files are there but for some reason just not there in racemenu on this one character
