Delay NVB3 / Better Angels and compatibility patch

Wanted to know if anyone has ever heard of a delay mod for NVB3 and Better Angels, similar to the one for the original DLC. It is bugging me a bit having to activate it when I am ready. A QoL change, really, but I am not really adept at doing this stuff. The other thing is - there is a small incompatibility between NVB3 and NVInteriors Combo Edition with the Clowns Quest at the north eastern ranch house. Both mods add an interior to it with overlapping doors. Is there a compatibiility patch for it?
