Fresh Installation runs slow. Please help?

I was wondering if anyone was willing to help me out. I've freshly reinstalled my sims 3 including some expansions. Sadly, i'm unable to get it to run smoothly even though my system should be able to. I know the graphics card fix, and now it displays: GeForce GTX 1070 [Found: 1, Matched: 1] as it should. I've set Texture memory to 2048 which i think should be enough.

But still the game keeps freezing for a moment every few seconds, which makes it almost unplayable. Can someone please help out?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Use CC Magic, fixed worlds and NRaas mods. The Sims 3 is unplayable without them.
