Turn guards/soldiers into bodyguards

Hello there,

for RP purposes and the lil background story i developed for my char i wonder if its possible to turn the guards nd soldiers in game into allys.

Well more like the standart allys but as if they were your army.

I know you can disable bounty so they dont attack u anymore, but it would be nice if they would assist also against neutral npcs if the pc attacks some1, like follower behavior.

Or is that automatically solved with disabling bounty? I m not able to check atm.

Or maybe even better, is there the opportunity to turn all guards into followers, with the creation kit or somehow, who re then be able to be recruted?
