The most important aspect is that since Cindy is a wild overworking girl and according to her nature, logically she must be a girl who never touched a razor in her entire life so the she must have a full blown blondie bush and blondie long armpits' hair. Having her being fully shaved like a pornstar would be absurd. I hope this would be done in the future.

ShiroiKaze69 Posted August 1, 2018 Posted August 1, 2018 The modding tools seem to require you to upload anything you make to Steam Workshop.... which I'm guessing doesn't allow nude mods. You have DOA nude modders like Gato Tom putting those characters in... but clothed versions only.

They probably did that because they threatened modders not make adult content or Square won't support modding in future games.
