The comments on the images don't seem to indicate which mods were used. SleepWalking also has several Fallout 4 mods posted - so perhaps combinations of their mods and others were used. This account may also be @ZatanicGC as they are uploading files to Nexus with that author listed as the tag. Perhaps if you asked them nicely? Some of the SleepWalking mods do list out what was used in the screen shots, so you may be able to piece it together that way. Link to comment
