obseasion with hair (the ones on the head XD )

Hi every one :D,

 

first things first english isnt my nativ language and i try to write as best as i can. 

Second i am a real newbi so i hope my post is apropriate for this forum.

 

Now to the topic:

 

I have tried many Hair mods from nexus but it appears to me that i am unable or simply to retarded to find the one i want.

I know for a fact that it exists becouse i have seen the hairstyle in a screenshot on nexus.

 

Here are two images in witch you can see the style i am looking for.

 

The first img is how it would look like in reallife as a reference

 

The second one is from the  a nexus user ( yes i tried to contact him but no responce) .

the character in the second image wears underwear so i gues its save for work ... or hope so ;D

 

There is the hearstyle but i cant find it anywhere mybe i am ... well as i mentioned above ^^

 

if anyone could help me I would be really greatfull.
