Boone didnt spawned

[Mr. Guyinco-Gnito]

tried to teleport to him but got teleported at his main place in the dino mouth, which he wasnt there. hes also not in his house.

and when spawning him, he gets stuck in the meet me at 9pm dialogue. when meeting him at 9 in the dino mouth he still uses the same dialogue, not triggering the quest.

tried to check in xedit for conflicts but only visual overhauls are affecting him.

also loaded an older save and coc to novac but same issue of him not appearing.

startet a new game with the same mods and teleported right from docs house to novac and he was here, so it seem that it is not a load order/mods conflict issue.

Is there a way to fix him afterwards after spawning him manually?

Selecting him in console and using the resurrect command should* fix any AI problem. If not look in Xedit and use the setstage command to advance his dialogue manually.
