carusk0527 Posted February 26, 2018 Posted February 26, 2018 I need someone to please share their working sims 4 content mod file with me, please? I'm having a hard time getting it to work on my computer and I've been going at this for days, and I just want to start playing the Sims 4 with the Whicked Woohoo content and all the other animations and updates. I'm also having a hard time saving my Sims 4 games after the recent origin update. Someone please help. The image attached is what keeps popping up.
TheArachne Posted February 27, 2018 Posted February 27, 2018 Sadly, I can't provide my CC folder as I have patreon Paid content, But I can help you try to figure out what is causing the issue, For the save issue, Remove your Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Mods folder and see if it will let you save (start a new family, just random the appearence or just click confirm after you name the sim, This is to test if it is a game issue or mod issue, You are using the origin bought copy right? Also If you grab the Wicked Whims / Animations from here, they should all be updated and working. What other mods did you grab besides the Wicked Whims? Some people have said in the past that they was getting 510 save errors when using MCCC and Wicked Whims, Though I use both and no save issues here (I played this morning after the update and no problems on my end, Aside from stupid vampires not drinking the blood packs I bought for them >.< ) Also What OS (Operating System) are you using?
azoresman Posted February 27, 2018 Posted February 27, 2018 Go to your documents folder/Saves , "My Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\saves" remove the folder "WickedWhimsMod" to somewhere "Desktop" And launch the game. Save and Exit. Put the folder back.
