Nail Paints mod?

Have seen a bunch of texture mods loosely revolving around coloured finger and toenails.

 

Anyone think they could pull one together? There are some textures out there already for CBBE so it might just be a case of tweaking them.

Instead of waiting for someone to make a mod that might not be to your taste, you could make it yourself using Photoshop.

 

First you download and install Photoshop if you haven't got it already

 

Then you download and install DDS plug in for Photoshop

Make a back up of the files you are going to change.

 

You open the hand textures in Photoshop called:

(When/if the prompt asks you, Load default sizes, mip maps not needed)

 

The Elder Scrolls V Skyrim\Data\Textures\Actors\Character\Female\femalehands_1.dds

 

These files are optional

femalehands_1_msn.dds

femalehands_1_s.dds

 

Paint your changes/color directly onto the texture

 

(optional)

Paint the light/normal map in a brighter color such as white to simulate the light reflection.

 

Save files as their original names with .DDS file extension in the same place you got them from.
