WARNING: This is an alpha version of my first released mod. Hence, do not use this mod on saves you care about!

 

Please let me know what bugs you find. Feel free to add on to this mod and re-release, I'll upload bodyslide presets and an updated version soon. XPMS skeleton required

Most guards are now standalone UUNP female bodies with bikini armor. Custom bodies and outfits for Markarth, Riften, Solitude, and Whiterun. 1/7 chance for some guards to be topless.

What I need most right now is more .NPC files and/or heads to add more variety to the guards. Does anyone have some good heads for me to use? I also plan to add bikini thalmor and guards of every race, so those heads are welcome. Additionally, an alternate voice for female guards would be nice, if it exists.

Rats, I was hoping CBBE would be included. If I could learn some modding techniques (I've got and used 3D modeling software and I was a professional programmer before I retired a year ago) then I'd love to create some things that are in my head. I just don't know how to get started.

 

If I knew a way I'd do it myself for my personal use and with your permission. I'm going to download it just to look at them because I think this might be the sort of look I'm trying to achieve to my fantasy sorcery role-playing set up.

They're standalone, so you can use this mod with CBBE or even add a new standalone cbbe body alongside the standalone uunps. The armors, https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/83383?tab=files, can be built as old cbbe. (There is a new cbbe conversion, but I do not like it and have been overall disappointed with new cbbe compared to old UUNP)

Terrific! I'm using the only CBBE I know about as I'm still sort of new to the game and modding it. I don't know which one it is, probably the new one since I downloaded it from Nexus Mods SSE. I'll play around with everything for a while and see what I can do about the armors and getting old CBBE to work with it.

Have you thought about using the heads from JH NPC 85? It pretty much covers all females in the game, generic and unique.

Will this replace the current guard's heads that i have? My guards are Deadly Wenches, by Kozuke, with KS Hairdos, so I like their heads just how they are. But it would be nice to have them decked out in Bikini Armors. They are currently UNP with CBP, but using RicherHK's 7Based armor replacer.

Is there a way to make the helmets optional globally for the guards and soldiers? If not then no worries. I love this mod.

Okay, kind of answered my own question. This mod entirely replaces "some" of the guards I had from Deadly Wenches (third pic), while it only clothes some other DW guards with Bikini Armor (first and second pic), and some DW guards it doesn't change at all except to remove their shoes. Loading this mod after DW and 7Base Remodeled armor replacer, and before No Guard Helmets. Though NGH does not affect this mod. I did remove some helmets to check the heads and saw that they were new meshes from this mod (third pic). So, all in all, adds some variety, but it would be preferable if it didn't touch head meshes at all and just replaced female guard's armor. I do like that UUNP body, pretty thick compared to UNPB and 7Base. (Pics 3&4, optimal: Deadly Wench solitude guard with KS hairs and this mod's replacer armor and body, helmets removed in console)

 

Edit: Noticed a lot of repetition with heads, i.e. DW solitude guards are all the same head, and new mesh heads from this mod are the same (markarth twin guards in pic 3). Again, it seems like making this mod a simple armor replacer for female guards would be a preferable option. You could make the body available if people want it, but as long as they have matching textures, it will work regardless. If part of the point is to replace male guards with female ones, there is a mod that does that; Feminized Levelled Lists. Keep it simple = less conflicts. Just my 2 cents after testing the Alpha, interested to see where it goes, and thank you for sharing your work. 

 

Edit: Pic #5 - and then there's this; head mesh, body, and armor, all added by this mod.

Also, some male guards have the bikini armor equipped, which shows up as the vanilla equivalent, but with invisible/missing body/arm/leg meshes.

Tracking mod for a simple replacer that doesn't touch heads.

i really dig all the work you've done here, i was so thrilled to find something like this  and so eager to help that i blindly installed it right away. it was a real bummer to realize it was for SE only so this is what i got

i am not into modding so i have no idea how difficult it would be to get a non-specialedition-edition of this up and running but i guess it would be wildly and widely appreciated!

How do I get the their chest size like the rest of my npcs lol they have huge ones. A little to big for my liking. xp

The solitude ones are perfect size but the whiterun ones are huuuge lol also theyre are all taller how do I make them regular height, doing setscale .9 on everyone I come across kinda sucks xD anyways this is a cool ass mod seriously wish there was more vanilla replacer stuff like this.

just do this

1. ~

2. click on guard

3. equipitem [helmet/armor id]

4. equipitem 000A6D7D (if they wear gloves)

women are fine ... but men are not;
they are all naked and with the armor in their inventories, I do not know if the mod should also change the armor of men ... but here it changed and it gave some error because they are not using them
some are with the male versions of the armor, others are simply naked or transparent ... when they are transparent you can only see a torch and parts of armor flying around. LOL
