WCIF mod no kids allowed on lot?

Hi! I love this site, unfortunately I'm not a modder at all. One problem I've run into is that my redlight district is infested by kids. Really seedy restaurant with stripping stage and naughty staff - and parents bring their kids... Yep, I know, it's just pixels but still - Has anyone invented a age restricion door (there was one on sims 2 if I remember correctly) or a lot traits that says 18+ (no kids allowed)? It would really help immersion.

It allows you to chose a lot trait for certain ages only.

Edit: Hm, have to try it, it sounds as if there might be a problem with staff on public lots. *shrug* if worse comes to worse I'll cheat the staff younger and then add the lot trait whenever I visit.
