Can someone who uses this mods Tentacle animations explain how it works because I dont understand the authors instructions

Oh boy that mod, yeah that was confusing.  I got the letter/tentacle jar by using a dildo/soul gem after clearing each dungeon.  Like say you reach the end, beat the dungeon boss creature, and loot the chest, use a dildo/soul gem.  I can't remember how many times I had to use them, 5 or 6 times before the letter came.
