Weight change over time (more or less solved)

Righto so what I'm looking for -and can't seem to find is simplistic mod for-, is something that'll reduce the regular weight slider through gameplay. Not the separate parts. I want this because I tried running sexlab hormones and had to drop it because of the skin colour changing issue. As a result I set weight changing up with SexlabUtil instead. However I now have no regular way of having the weight reduced through gameplay. 

 

I've read there are issues with changing weight like that but haven't had any so far so I'm kinda chill on that warning. At least for now. o/

 

Weight change on sleep, on set amount of time etc- If there's nothing vaguely like that around could anyone point me to some mods I can dissect to try and build it myself? (Looking at 'weight alteration spells' on nexus at least)

 

Edit: Ended up attaching one of the spells in 'weight alternation spells' to playersleepquest for now. Does sorta what I wanted but I'm still open for options~

WeightMorphs can update many sliders, I do not know about 'weight'.

Yeah I looked at that but it seemed to be mostly the bodyslide sliders? Kinda ended up hijacking the weight alteration spells mod and attaching it to playersleepquest for now. Would be way incompatible with anything sleep related but vaguely does what I wanted.
