Why does MOO2 look like this all of a sudden??

Hey guys and dolls,

 

I've been diligently putting in mods to MOO and I noticed some aren't getting recognized.  Then I noticed that the majority of the mods,

are falling under the first one...I have no idea why or how to change this..

 

Attachment shows my MOO's screen.

Disable the mod filter in the left bottom and in the center bottom where is "Nexus IDs" click in the box and change to "No groups".
