Improving screen archery capabilities

I'm always looking for ways to make my screen archery better and easier to do.  Some time ago I found and fell in love with this mod:

It assigns several essential screen archery console commands to various buttons.  I don't need to remember different commands, I just need to push a button and then I can navigate the camera with my controller and take my screenshots.

This adds a new functionality that lets me rotate my camera.  I would like to have this but problem is that it conflicts with the previous mod.  Now when I activate the free camera I can't use my controller at all to navigate.  I have to use the keyboard instead for everything which I find a bit annoying.  Even worse is that I can't figure out how to make my camera go straight up and down using the keyboard. 

 

Is there any mod out there that gives me the camera rotating function like the second but still give me the ability to use the first mod and my controller?  Or some way to get these two to cooperate?
