Cloak Spell damaging allies - conditional

Hello folks.

I got some specific issue, i could use some help, mainly because i could not find any solution to this myself. Except ones that are too ..."sacrificing" (either that or that, but not both-type) I tried looking solutions to this issue everywhere, but found nothing. Ill try to describe the issue as best i can. It occurs when using the mod which i recently installed -> Underground Bathhouse

 

Its about the spells such as flame cloak unintentionally damaging allied NPCs under certain condition. This, what i will say is going to sound very weird, but....I dont know why, but it is affecting all guards inside, when they are on their "guard" duties. I have really no idea what kind of script does it, but during the time they are going to hold the positions, their AI changes and makes them sort of a "neutral enemy" (?). Approaching them with any Cloak spell will start damaging them and ultimately provoking a fight. I tested it myself. All cloak spells affects only enemies. Cloak spells are harmless to all allies, in cities...and even scum like Nazeem will not take damage. But as i am saying, it will start affecting these guards when they are going to / are in position. Whenever they stop holds the place/swap with other guard, or go to sleep, their AI, or script, whatever will revert back and the cloak spells will not affect them anymore...until they repeat the process.

 

-So, what is the catch? Why would you use a cloak spell just randomly outside combat? Just dont use them and you are fine.

 

 The kind of answer i could expect without mentioning the main issue, which unfortunately is connected the weird guard AI change. Let me get to it: Path of Sorcery (only perk mod i am using, because swapping to other mods like Ordinator was kind of too late) has a destruction perk called Frigid Aura, which would decrease frost resistance of all targets in 25 feet by 50%. (i tested it out, it has same properties as cloak spells->affects only enemies). And it is a perk ...permanent one.

So now you probably know what i mean.

Whenever the guards get anywhat closer to me, they start screaming like something is killing them. (and in reality, its that Aura what is affecting them, i checked via console)

 

So this is my....weird issue i have. I wanted to originally ask directly on the mod page, but that mod wasnt updated for 3 years...

From my personal experience, its even better to ask here for help, rather than on nexus forums.

So....

 

I would like to keep the guards and the perk too. Its one of the good perks which can make frost damage much better (because of most skyrim NPCs are frost imunne/resistant...like Nords, Dragurs, Trolls etc.). Any suggestions?
