Reaper and ghost attributes

For some odd reason very so often some of the sims pick up attributes of the reaper and ghost

though they are neither. For instance a sims will float along the floor rather than walk and trail

smoke, have a deep voice and use the scythe to disappear. They may leak at the bar and

disappear then reappear as a ghost would. Nothing in CAS, MCCC or WW indicates anything

odd or can change them back.
