Tara unlimited furiture pack question

I have a mod that requires the pack. However the downloads are .txt not .esm etc. So how do I install these? Or do I have to remove the mod that relies on it (devious stories I believe)

Look inside the .txt files. As I recall, they contain links to where you can download the actual mod (e.g. mega), as well as the password with with the archive is encrypted.
