Mod with better details.

I downloaded and added a lot of mods that were recommended. But when my sims start doing their thing, the female doesn't have any good details to her body. Like no nimples or vaginal lips. I have seen some screenshots where they have those details. What mod do I need to add? There are a few I have found, but not sure which to get.
