Spyder Arachnid Posted January 30, 2018 Share Posted January 30, 2018 I don't believe Psychotats were ever craftable in the base game, just rare drops is all. But mod wise, have you checked out Commonwealth Chemistry Expanded? Haven't used it myself but it allows you to craft them. Link to comment
