Ugly 2d Sunflowers

So,  I'm trying to get to the bottom of the various annoying bugs I have picked up over the years as I rebuild my skyrim game.

 

One of them is these ugly sunflowers outside whiterun. There are a bunch of patches of them and they look like they are made out of cardboard.

 

Compared to the rest of my lush, colourful world it's rather disappointing.

 

I don't suppose any of you nice people know which mod is responsible for them do you?
