CBBE Texblend issue

I installed and tried out the texblend feature that accompanies CBBE (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/5737/?) but when i did it, it turned my characters face completely white. In the description it said this may happen, and gave the following as a fix; Disable compression in the texblend/setdefs/basehead.xml file. But i cant for the life of me find that file. in the caliente tools folder in my skyrim data folder theres nothing there that is even an xml file, except for the base intro one. (see photo) The second fix was to go to your Skyrim/Data/Textures/actors/character/female folder and delete femalehead_s.dds. But that particular file isnt in there either (second photo). Am i clueless or did i do something wrong with the install? Any help would be massively appreciated
